Based on your recommended plan, you will simply show up for your visits, follow the complementary recommendations closely and stay focused on your training.
Unlike most physical healthcare providers such as trainers, physical therapists, conventional chiropractors, massage therapists, etc., at no point in this program will Dr. Blatt lazily watch you do non-specific stretches, iron yourself into a pancake on a foam roller, or cover you with various forms of tape or electrical stimulation just so you can train and run while long term damage is occurring.
Your hands on sessions will be one on one, and will involve correcting the issues preventing you from functioning as you need to. The specifics of each of our techniques will be discussed in detail at the complimentary consultation as every person requires different services for their individual needs.
